National Trust for Scotland's failure to maintain the former merchant's house criticised by CEC. Forth councillor and NTS member Elaine Morris called the proposals "an abomination".

Lamb’s House restoration proposals submitted in Feb 2008 by Cadell Wiszniewski Thomson architects for planning.

Owners: National Trust for Scotland.

Elements: residential redevelopment as 9 units; office suite; public courtyard + historical interpretation
