Design Tsar
Terry Farrell to stay on as CECs design champion, possibly with
more power. Four years into the job you might be forgiven for wondering
what has been achieved. If Terrys emphasis on place
could be more quickly actioned then this will become a welcome announcement.
It is time for CEC to deliver some physical change why not employ
a range of architects to transform tawdry entries to the city and dull
leftover spaces into welcome places for the community and
visitors alike?
