Some have waxed lyrical about the positive effect the Parliament will have on Scottish Architecture, but if true (?) how can it seep down into the ‘everyday flats’ of the Scottish property market? Views welcomed.

Business Homes-Cala
Cala Properties and Business Homes have launched a £50m investment partnership with the purchase of a site in East Lothian.
The joint venture, Business Homes-Cala, will develop small-scale, out-of-town office and industrial units. Both founding companies will continue to pursue their own development activities. Business Homes-Cala’s first purchase is a site in Macmerry, East Lothian. The development will consist of nine office blocks totalling over 30,000 sqft
