The Planning application by gm+ad architects, a Glasgow-based architecture practice, was for No. 32: the decision continued 100506.
This mixed-use development included commercial & student accommodation for LDC (Holdings) Plc + Sundial Properties (Gilmerton) Ltd.
On cleared corner site of this east-west street and Lochend Close, adjacent to Studio 24 just east of the large Calton Gate property development.
Previously this location was subject to proposals by Malcolm Fraser Architects, a design firm based in the Old Town.
