The Britannia Quay development will be a gateway to the docks and the buildings address both the Georgian tenements of Lindsay Road and the modern developments to the north. A new public square will be formed at the corners of North Junction Street and Lindsay Road and extensive landscaping will cover the underground car parking for the flats.
