The ground was started in 1925 and the stadium pictured above was completed
in 1994. As well as Scottish Rugby Union games the building hosts concerts
and at one point seemed destined to be Hearts FC temporary ground.
Location: just west of city centre

Directions: Murrayfield Stadium lies to the west of Edinburgh, south off
Corstorphine Rd; the closest station is Haymarket.
