Property Centre Leith: image by Smith Scott Mullan Associates The comprehensive refurbishment of an existing ground and basement shop unit to form a new Edinburgh property centre. The centre provides a sales space as well as areas for private conversation and administrative facilities. The main design aims were to create a dramatic sense of space and an openness to the street.
