Highly contemporary building which shows Dutch influences, with folded slate entry plane (concealing vertical circulation) and large south-facing cantilevered roof 'overshoot', typical for Gordon Murray + Alan Dunlop Architects (think of Bewlesy Glasgow): handed over 28 June 2001. The JP Morgan Chase fit-out began in June 2001
