The flats are contained in three finger blocks which vary in height from 5 to 9 storeys and which are orientated to give all properties a view of the Leith docks and the Firth of Forth.

This Leith Housing development will be a gateway to Edinburgh's docks and the buildings address both the Georgian tenements of Lindsay Road and the modern developments to the north. A new public square will be formed at the corners of North Junction Street and Lindsay Road and extensive landscaping will cover the underground car parking for the flats.
