South Queensferry Housing Residential development for Scotmid Miller Ltd - Scotmid and The Miller Group Location: just west of Edinburgh Architect: Yeoman McAllister The Loan : Residential & Retail Development South Queensferry Houses: visualisation by Coevolution Coevolution have provided photorealistic visualisations for "The Loan", a mixed use residential and retail development in South Queensferry, designed by Yeoman McAllister for Scotmid Miller Ltd, a joint venture company formed by Scotmid and The Miller Group. South Queensferry Houses: visualisation by Coevolution The visuals were submitted by Millers as part of their recently successful planning application and are intended to be used in future marketing material. Many of the high spec apartments and town houses forming the main part of the project will command spectacular views across the Firth of Forth. It is proposed that the Scotmid supermarket currently occupying the site will be relocated within the design along with a variety of smaller retail units.
