Marks & Spencers Store Edinburgh Store location: 54 Princes Street This building is one of the smattering of strong Modern buildings from the Sixties that had first floor balconies to connect to an elevated walkway that never came to fruition. Many of these buildings are quite ugly and none truly successful in terms of weathered detail and balanced composition. There are two M&S shops on Princes St with the key one being positioned net to Jenners and partly under the Mount Royal Hotel by Tarbolton & Ochterlony.
