This shopping centre is located between Princes Street and Waverley Station beside the Balmoral Hotel and not far from Jenners.

Princes Mall contains an atrium below the street level and is roofed with landscaped gardens. Designed by BDP Architects in the early eighties. Branding is formed by two black granite angular forms onto Princes Street evoking the dark spires of St Mary's Cathedral at the other end of Princes Street.
The centre contains over 60 shops and a Food Court.
