Convalescent Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre
The Astley Ainslie Hospital opened in 1923 in the grounds of 19th century Edinburgh mansions: Canaan House, Canaan Park, Millbank, Morelands, Southbank & St. Roque's. Most of these houses were integrated into the hospital. The complex contains around 200 beds.
