Property developer Miller Developments’ eight ‘office pavilions’ at Alba Business Park, Livingston get planning approval.
Construction is due to start in late 2007, with completion scheduled for Summer 2008.

Alba Innovation Centre — part of the broader Alba Business Park / Alba Campus — is a modern business park and office campus located on the western edge of Livingston. It’s a key commercial and employment area in the town.
Alba Business Park (also called Alba Campus) is a business and technology park set in an attractive parkland setting with woodland and water features. It was developed as a joint venture and has been built up since the late 1990s.
The campus includes a mix of office buildings, innovation space, and commercial facilities suited for everything from startups and small companies to larger corporate offices.
Location
The park lies about 1–2 miles west of Livingston town centre.
It’s well‑placed on the M8 corridor between Edinburgh (≈15 mi east) and Glasgow (≈30 mi west), with easy access to national transport links, including Livingston North and South railway stations and proximity to Edinburgh Airport.
The postcode for many of the business park locations, including the Alba Centre/Innovation Centre, is EH54 7EG.
