This prestigious conservation project is located in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town at St Andrew Square. Building 35 is a refined example of neoclassical architecture, located between Dundas House – focal point to the New Town’s long axis – and Harvey Nichols.
Michael Laird Architects have previously restored two other historic buildings on St Andrew Square, for Standard Life and Scottish Equitable. The project went on site in early 2006.
