18th Century with work in 1890’s by Henbest Capper and the more well known Sydney Mitchell. Famous from postcards and photographs looking towards Edinburgh Castle from the New Town these properties are much sought after.
The poet Allan Ramsay lived here as did Patrick Geddes. Unusually colourful for Scotland, white harling offset with red sandstone ‘trimmings’.
