The Mary Erskine School, Stewart's Melville College and The Mary Erskine and Stewart's Melville Junior School are grouped together as Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools.
Mary Erskine School formerly known as Edinburgh Ladies' College. The Merchant Maiden Hospital moved from the Old Town to Lauriston in 1818 and eventually became this school.
