JP Morgan Chase Offices

Highly contemporary building which shows Dutch influences, with folded slate entry plane (concealing vertical circulation) and large south-facing cantilevered roof ‘overshoot’, typical for Gordon Murray + Alan Dunlop Architects (think of Bewlesy Glasgow): handed over 28 June 2001.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Scotland

Global investment bank JPMorgan Chase & Co. have had a presence in Glasgow for over 20 years. Their decision to locate to Glasgow was an important stage in the development of the International Financial Services District, known as IFSD.

In 2019 they announced plans to build a new office complex in the city, with space for 2,700 employees. This new commercial property is expected to be completed in 2022. The international firm currently employs around 2,000 people in Glasgow and is the largest technology employer and recruiter in Scotland.
