Architecture practice 3DReid complete a sensitive £2.0 m conversion of three of the few remaining original Princes Street townhouses to office use. By converting the vacant upper storeys of the B-listed buildings and adding a contemporary extension, 3DReid has created 15,810sqft of office space for Hazledene House Ltd.

wHY architecture win this important international architecture competition with a design dubbed “The Hobbit House”. The architects are from Culver City, Los Angeles, California, USA.
